This past weekend, Funky Matcha brought a splash of green energy to the vibrant and design-forward Downtown Camper by Scandic in central Stockholm. Nestled in one of the city's most creative hotel spaces, our matcha pop-up invited locals, travelers, and matcha lovers to slow down, sip up, and connect.

Where Urban Life Meets Mindful Moments

Downtown Camper is known for its focus on lifestyle, sustainability, and community – so hosting our pop-up here felt like the perfect match. In the middle of Stockholm’s buzzing city life, we created a space for people to take a mindful break and enjoy matcha in all its fun and flavorful forms.

Guests wandered in from hotel rooms, the co-working lounge, and even the rooftop wellness area – each curious to try something different. Whether it was a classic creamy matcha latte, a zesty iced matcha with yuzu, or our signature Funky Cold Foam (yes, it’s a thing), there was a cup for every vibe.

A Pop-Up with Purpose

Funky Matcha is more than just a drink – it’s a lifestyle. We believe in creating experiences that bring people together, and this pop-up was all about sharing the joy of matcha in a playful, modern way.

From first-time sippers to loyal matcha fans, it was amazing to see how many people connected over the green stuff – asking questions, swapping flavor tips, and even coming back for seconds (and thirds).

This was our first time popping up at a hotel, but it definitely won’t be the last. We’re excited to continue collaborating with spaces that inspire movement, creativity, and conscious living – just like Downtown Camper.
