Ceremonial grade is the highest grade of matcha powder. It's made from the youngest tea leaves, shade-grown to boost chlorophyll and L-theanine, then stone-ground into a fine, silky powder. The result: a naturally sweet, creamy, umami-rich flavour with no bitterness. No sugar needed. Ceremonial grade is what you drink. Culinary grade is what you bake with.
